      It does.. At least 20 minute gap is adviced.. But there may be no way to include fruit other than this for school students.. So they prefer this..

    Mam vegetable vaangi cook pannavey payama irukku due to fertilisers and pesticide. What to do in case we buy vegetables from green grocers or near by small vegetable vendors.     Hello mam most of the food look like north Indian touch , still u can make better lunch box with South Indian food included with peanut chutney, pulichai keerai , pothena Chatney , Pongal vadai , etc mam .
