I started my hair journey on 1st june 2019 it has been slow but once I complete a year I'll come back to comment on how many inches it has grown I'll do this for the next 5yrs (I'll quit if I don't like how it turns out then) you've been such an inspiration to me I kept coming back to these video of yours to convince myself to start my journey... I've never grown out my hair before...

On September of 2020 I was applying to join university and my mum asked me to cut my hair cos she wanted me to look neat for my highschool graduation which happened late cos of the virus spreading around and for the school interview I then decided to do waves I maintained my waves till about January of this year when I finally got admitted to UBC Vancouver I then decided to grow my hair out once again it first started out as a wolfing session but I missed having hair that was long enough to change looks... as of now I'm doing cornrows as protective styling

You should try As-I-Am gel bro, we have close to the same curl pattern. It's made from natural products and it's not a sticky product (very light). I use it in my hair and it works fine.

Kanaki uchiha try eco styler! the argan oil & olive oil gels have STRONGEST holds out of any other eco stylers, just prepare for a crunch if you don't apply enough conditioner underneath lol

my hair was curly when it was short. it GROWS out of my scalp curly. I didn't do anything to my hair at the time so it wasn't ever defined

ForeignKvng You can get your curls to "pop" more if you take care of your hair & deep condition regularly. Your hair will curl how it naturally can. Your hair may not look like his but w/ care you can get it to the fullest potential. Styling products help, just apply them after you wash/deep condition.
