1/2 cup cooking oil 2 onions bareek chopped 2 bari elachi 3 choti elachi 1 dar cheeni tukraadrak lehsan ka fresh paste 1 tbsp.. 3/4 minute pakka lein. 2 tamatar grind kar k add karein . 1tbsp lal mirch powder 1 tbsp namak 1/2 haldi .. bhoonai karein jb tak color nhi aata ... maash ki daal 6 ghanty bhegoii thi or phir half boil ki thi aur add kar de hai es roghan mixture mai ... bhoonai karein phir half cup youghart add karein...1 cup pani add karein k daal achy sy boil ho jaye ... 1tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp zeera powder. 1tspp dhaniya powder aur hari mirchein ... inko mix karein ... add cream 1-2tbsp mix it n then add chopped corriander add karein
