just hope the cleanliness is best and following health standards.....although its hard to expect it.
Food handlers need to keep food clean....avoid unsanitary things.
Oil, heavy handed spices, pollution from the streets,questionable food handling recipe for diarrhea. My stomach turns just watching it.
I have seen many Indian foods vlogs so don't u talk about cleanness
One thing I don't like about chanay in Karachi is the texture. Chanay hamesha alag aur pani alag hota hai. Looks weird.
In Lahore, you'll find chanay with gravy and a little bit of tari (oil) on top. Like you cant separate chanay and gravy.
