Mixed Berries Pie Easy and Delicious With Ready Pie Dough

The store bought pie dough makes this delicious mixed berries pie so easy to prepare and it is so so delicious with a sweet and sour taste. You don't even need to cook the berries. The fillings
About 5~6 cups of mixed berries, such as cranberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries. I also added cherries and rhubarb.
A little of lemon zest
Juice of half a lemon
1/2-3/4 cup sugar (depends how sweet you like the pie to be )
1 1/2 tablespoon flour or cornstarch
Mix all the filling ingredients above well.
Steps
-Use ready-made pie dough, which usually comes with two doughs, one of which we place on the base of the baking dish and the other on top of the filling.

-Round baking tray, size 8 - 9 inches.
-Place one dough in the tray, then put the filling.
-Add a few pieces of butter on top.
-Add the second dough on top.
-Stick the two doughs together, then fold them inward.
-Create any design on the edges (optional)
-Make a slit at the top so steam can escape.
-Wipe the top layer with water or egg.
-Sprinkle it with granulated sugar (optional).
-Place the pie on a large baking tray and bake at 375°F until the surface is golden brown and some of the fruit juices run out between 45-60 minutes.
-Let it cool completely before cutting it, otherwise the liquids will run out.
