So I know you don’t do as many just regular skateboard stuff but I feel like you do the best reviews and was wondering if you could review an FA or hockey skateboard deck?
I think it depends on a lot of things like material used, weight, shape, etc...but I do think some of them are pretty cool, and if paired with top tier components they can perform very nicely
Hmmmm I don’t know much about that board, but Santa Cruz is a pretty respectable skateboard brand. I would do some research on the trucks, wheels, and bearings it comes with to see how people like them.
Chinese maple is not very good unfortunately. It doesn’t have the same durability and “snappy” feel to it as Canadian maple does, which is why most quality boards are either made of Canadian maple or bamboo/fiberglass
I’m not super hype about them. I think they spend a lot of money on marketing, and making their products looks very appealing, but their components aren’t that great...
