I only use fan noise for a 10-15 minutes daily meditation. It’s super helpful to let go of all thoughts and emotions. After that, I feel more grounded and in touch with my intuition which helps me enormously with being productive and finding solutions for everything that comes up! Thank you for the upload!

The best white noise ever. We have tried so many different white noise you name it. My baby has been falling sleep on this specific one since he was 6 months he's turning one. We use this twice a day.
Only request is that I wish it was longer than this.

Hi my dear friend! I woke up now after sleeping all night with this beautiful music in the background. But I'm still tired, I'm paying the price after a lot of physical effort cleaning up the flooded space and equipment after the storm. Lots of pain... but oh well. It's normal to feel that way since I'm not fully recovered yet. Despite the fatigue and pain, my sleep was good. My exercise to relax was looking at this boat on the lake and imagining myself lying on the boat, floating and looking at the moon...wow...so relaxing, I could feel the gentle swells of the lake making the boat gently rock, and so, little by little I fell asleep. I woke up well, despite being a little nauseous. It could have been because of the swing of the boat...lol I'm kidding It was because of the pain medication I took, which is very strong But the experience of falling asleep feeling like I was inside the boat and having the music as the frame of the process was amazing! My dear friend Kim, your music really has a special ingredient called love, because I can feel like you like what you do. This is really special! My daughter fell asleep in seconds. I've tried other white noises, heartbeats, and womb sounds, but this fan. This fan is it I'll tell you what. 🤗 now I can be productive. Lol

💤 😴 Thanks! I’m a big fan of fan sounds and noises for relaxation, falling asleep and calming my mind. My toddler listens to white noise in her room, and it does really help her to sleep at night. When the white noise or other ambient sounds are 'playing,' most other sounds from outside her room get drowned out, like if we’re talking, having the kettle, cats meowing, the even the TV. Those are sounds that she tends to focus on and tries to listen to. They are sounds that might startle or distracts her… then she'd stay awake. With the white noise playing, the only thing for her to concentrate on is sleep. I also don’t put the volume up too loud or place my phone right next to her. It blends in the background on top of her tallboy. Works great! 💤 ⭐ 😴
