Raji's character is award deserving performance. Extremely sharp, intense and her eyes are damn expressive as Raji.
Priyamani have delivered great performance in Tamil Telugu kanada and Malayalam and now Hindi still don't get enough credit.....
she won the National award very early in her career which very few actresses have. Recognition doesn't mean only fame. Unfortunately her beauty doesn't have a strong appeal, so that stops her from achieving greater heights. Whereas this doesn't apply to men. Average looking men like Manoj Bajpayee, Ajay Devgn, etc dont face this issue because they have male privilege. Society judges women much more harshly

Samantha says "when a director calls me to narrate a story I can almost judge what I am offered" is about is such a sad statement.. Female characters have so less to do and such a disappointment that is. And this series there so many many strong independent woman characters..
And look what happened in S2...her acting was outstanding.
In a way Raji gave the Sri treatment to the masala directors aka the minimum guys, by this superlative performance as a layered n strong powerhouse actor.

You could have spoken about how focussed and committed working women Suchitra's character is. But no..your take away from his whole series is that what a poor character Suchitra is. Women has to be put on a pedestal where they are expected to be perfect at all times. Never a moment of weakness, but always perfect.. What a pity

I can convincingly say that Samantha's performance in Family Man 2 is easily one of the greatest performances by an actress in Indian motion picture's history.
And obviously being teamed up with great actors like Manoj Bhai and Priyamani and others....it turned out to be just mind blowing!

What I adore about this show is how they diffuse intense and quickly escalating situations with real humour.
