Question, if u cut it down to the stump, can u reroot the palm, or gotta start from the seed?
Start from scratch. Although they are often sold as doubles, triples etc they are a singletrunk species. If it was a chamerops palm and you cut it to the ground it would probably make new growth, but Pygmy will not.
