For the Clavicle Locking Hook Plate technic applied to a clavicle-acromion separation (no bone fractures), generally speaking, should this hardware be removed after the ligaments have healed. Are there problems with leaving it permanently installed in terms of impeding movements or damaging the acromion, from activities such as swimming? Thank you.
