It's unpredictable only because people aren't as familiar with THC measurements and their effects. You just have to experiment to get an idea of how it will affect you. Start with 2mg THC or so, go to 5, then maybe 10. Not all at once, on different occasions. Most people will find one of those amounts to be right for them. All edibles sold in dispensaries have the amount of THC right on the label. Once you've found your sweet spot, it will only take some basic mental math to make sure how high you get is predictable and reliable every time. Even if that means only drinking half a can, or cutting a gummy in half. But I don't know where this guy gets off saying alcohol is safer. It's just factually not, by basically every metric.
