i was holidaying in Kerala last week, drove around 800km +, one of the best roads i could find in India ,being from mumbai where i drive daily with insanely pot hole ridden dirty roads and construction happening everywhere it was like dream BMC/Maharashtra should learn something from Kerala.

I used to drive car and also ride bike on this road in 1982 to 2000 weekly 2-3 time (trip used to be from Ekm to Munnar for marketing purposes), that time road used to be single lane with lot of potholes. My best time on Yezdi from Tata workshops in Munnar to Adimali junction used to be less than 30 minutes for 30 km. Coming down is more dangerous then going up.
