Does the quick release pivot to attach horizontally? Or just vertical? Trying to attach to back of rad wagon 4 frame near brake light Thanks
No, it does not. That would be a nice feature, though, as that would have worked better for my application
Can you adjust it up and down for your bike size
The hitch is attached by a spring, so you have some play and ability to adjust to different bikes.
