바하의 시칠리아노는 그가 쓴 플루트 소나타 BWV1031의 2악장에 있는 곡이지만 워낙 유명한 멜로디로 인해 2악장만 이렇게 따로 연주되는 일이 많고 또 다른 악기로도 편곡이 되어 자주 연주되기도 합니다. 이 연주는 2019년 9월에 프랑스 회사인 Ponant 크루즈에서 지중해를 항해하며 그곳에 어울리는 음악을 듣는 독특한 프로그램의 일부로, 이태리 시슬리 섬에 갔을 때 시슬리 섬과 관련된 곡들을 모은 프로그램의 일부로 연주되었습니다.
