Great info! How much incentive they throwing these days? Good time to buy a new home builds in Ausitin suburb during winter or next spring? I wonder how stacking up inventories will affect to new home builds..

Definitely an interesting talking point. This neighborhood, like another one I am working for two different buyers in Leander, is in its closeout phase and so they are getting some really amazing deals right now. In my experience, you’re entirely right, there is a good bit of inventory, and so some really good deals to be had if you are looking strictly for new construction. There’s also some really great opportunities for nearly new resales, especially in the neighborhoods, where there is new construction competing.
