Dive In Hong Kong 2023 Highlight

Dive In, the diversity and inclusion festival for the insurance industry, returned to Hong Kong, with CII Hong Kong hosting an event on 27 September 2023.
This year global festival theme is Unlocking Innovation: The Power of Inclusion. The insurance industry continues to face unprecedented challenges. An inclusive culture in organisation that values diverse perspectives is essential for the industry to move forward and drive the innovation in the profession.
With the theme of Building and Sustaining an Inclusive Organisation, approximately 100 insurance leaders and c-suite members attended the event in person discussed and shared their thoughts on Creating an Inclusive Culture, Promoting an Age-Inclusive Innovative Insurance Industry, Fostering an Ethical and Inclusive Mindset in a Growing Organisation and Navigating Inclusion in Work Environment.
