Thank you so much for posting this taste of elegance from a more charming age, both in terms of the silver period of Viennese operetta of which Lehar was arguably the master and in terms of when this film was made.

I have been watching an old, very old Russian film, faded and worn, but better than nothing. So thank you for this. The Merry Widow here gets a beautiful new touch, but is still very popular. However, Kalman , so hard to find beautiful DVDs. Favourite is Grafin Mariza-so very seldom heard or seen. Thank you x 1000 likes.
