  • The NVMe 2.0 specifications, released in 2021, were refactored to enable faster and simpler development of NVMe solutions. As we enter a new era in hyperscale and enterprise computing, the NVM Express Technical Work Group worked to optimize the suite of NVMe specifications to support emerging use cases for diverse market segments.
In this NVM Express hosted webinar recording, contributors of the NVMe 2.0 specifications provide a comprehensive overview of the refactoring effort, critical specification features, and new command sets such as Zoned Namespace and Key Value. Find out why these changes were made, how they will affect the NVMe device environment and how the new features will impact NVMe SSD development and performance.

Does the Zones in the SSD persists across the boot? If yes, how does that work ? And under the Zone, there are LBA's grouped so does that work for Key/value unstructured data ?

Okay, where can I buy a NVME 2.0 SSD? Search as I may, they're not showing up. I know a new controller chip is needed, and probably other improvements to realize the higher speeds, but surely there's been more than enough time for suppliers to design and build the new hardware? And do I really need one for a non-server computer?

    Hi All,
For NvmeBase specification 2.0a, the Minute bug is there, In Opcode for admin command pg(156), when I select Set Feature, it will pop up the sanitize command.
    Thanks,
    V N.S.Krishna.
