Not sure about anyone else on here but, the stress affects me physically. Anxiety panic attacks for me are feeling super hot. My face and ears get bright red. I spash cold water on my face. Try to take deep slow breaths. Then I get the treaded poops.

Sounds like gardening in Houston.. the lows at night here aren’t low enough. We’re averaging 80’s at night. The plants just don’t produce here
