We cannot check the level of oil in the transmission better to change it once in 10000kms or 10 months which ever is earlier... While changing transmission oil never use Gear oil or 90 grade oils as it is not meant to be... Use only " 00 Grade " grease or 100gram AP 3 grease+ 400gram 20w-40 diesel engine oil mixture in it... This mixture gives a great lubrication for the gears and expands its life..
Vibration can be controlled.. by adjusting shims in the injector and also by adjusting the tappets... But if you reduce vibration it will emit a lot of smoke and vise versa

That screw below the clutch cover is not drain nut.. it is a over flow nut. Up to the nut only we have to fill oil (400ml)
