My youngest is 17 and I loved carrying her in a sling. So much that she has the sling and won’t return it. 😂😂. It could be because now I have a 10# doggie that I slip in my jacket when she gets tired of walking or when we are camping. She LOVES being snuggled in!! I may have to get one of these for her! (Yes, my pupper.) 😂🤦♀️
Hi what carrier would you recommend for a child under 1? I have the solly(baby’s not a fan) a ring sling (I can’t get the hang of it) and baby bjorn(hurts my shoulders) But I would love to start using a carrier daily. Please recommend!!
I’m not sure about your baby’s weight, but I loved the Ergobaby Embrace for my daughter. As a FTM, I wasn’t confident on carriers but I found that one was the comfiest for the early stages. The shoulder straps are more like a wrap and they cross rather than H, so it doesn’t pull on your shoulders/neck as much. It holds 7-25lbs, so definitely more of a newborn/early stage carrier! It’s only front carry and I believe they advertise it as short-term outward facing. However, I found that my daughter’s circulation was affected within 15-20 seconds, so I only used it inward facing.
