I want to add one more thing that I have not faced any issue while crossing any rough stretch due to ground clearance of Speed. But at some hardcore Offroading stretch I had to take it slow to avoid engine getting bashed.

U have to decide buddy one is sport naked and another cafee racer. Will suggest watch both of the bikes pros and cons and mostly go for a test drive and drive it for 30 min to 1 hour. You will know which one to go. Always listen to heart and how the ride feels eventually youtubers or influencer won't ride the bike u will. Every bike has pros and cons

I own a Dominar 400 UG in Bengaluru and recently rode this beauty. The best is the torque distribution of the engine, rode in Bengaluru traffic in 3-5th gear... Unthinkable in high revving Domi engines. Manageable weight and sexy steering radius.

Manish, its been so great watching your detailed vlogs, specially because they cut out all the clutter and extremely focus on the subject, this one being a prefect example. I am quite not able to make up my mind whether I should go for Ninja 300 or Triumph Scrambler / Speed 400 and would like to seek your views / advice on the same. I don't own any other bike and the one that I rode was 20 years ago. But now, I wish to cherish my dream of driving pan India specifically going all places and even the unbeaten path through villages (no off-roading as such).

Main Bangalore mein use kar raha hu, 500 Kms done. Purchased 10 days back. Heating issue hai. 400cc ki bike se yeh expect kar sakta hu, par kabhi kabhi kafi zyada hoti hai. 1st service mein yeh baat main bol kar dekhta hu kuch agar woh kar paye.

Nhi farq padega kuch khas first service se heating pe.
Such heating occurs in very low rpms and half clutch driving which you face in city traffic. Otherwise when the engine is rolling freely, I don't feel the heat.

Hey @kenzo9010 I don't own the bike yet. It was experience of 2, 3 km of test rides. As per showroom executive, the bike was running the whole day before I rode it. It bothers only when the bike is in standing position in traffic. Otherwise it's manageable. Would have been superb if there was no heating.

I made a video of what it is doing on my channel. I would turn the key to start and and got nothing, i would then turn it off and turn it back on and it would fire right up. It does this ALL THE TIME!!

I am confused between Speed & Scrambler. Only drawback I feel with Scrambler is tip-toeing. I am 5'7" and found difficult while performing u-turn at lower speed on Scrambler. Me & my pillion both are 90kg. Pls suggest Speed or Scrambler. Ps:Would Scrambler riding feel easy as time progresses as I am more inclined towards Scrambler?

Finally i bought scrambler and now one month down the line and daily usage I feel, speed would had been better as handling scrambler is difficult especially with pillion for low speed u turn, on slopes and while parking. Also the side stand is a big let down as it's almost upright and there's danger of bike tripping other side if nudged a bit by someone while parked.

I am interested in only naked bikes and hence I have Dominar, speed 400 and Duke 390 in consideration. So two questions on which i would want your opinion:
1: Is Speed a better road package overall compared to dominar?
2: Is it worth spending 1 lakh extra on a duke to get a bike mainly for touring?

Compare to suspension of Classic 350 or Electra when it comes to bad road conditions with many patches, what do you think which is better? speed or classic?

Bruh the engine heat is manageable, yeah it's hot but not enough to make you wear pants all the time. I have this bike. It's not burning molten lava.

@@ronishane I've experienced similar levels of heating on duke 390, Xpulse 200 and Himalyan 411 as well. So I'd say heating is common but it isn't a huge issue
