    A very informative & detailed review on how to survive your way around the airport. Loved your $20 stuffed in your sock comment. Nice to see Carlos so early in the video

    I’ve flown to Vegas on most major airlines (United, delta, American, and Southwest) and never had to pay extra for a window seat.

    On my last few trips the rideshare pickup has been crammed with prices as high as taxis, which have a fixed rate to the Strip depending on which group of hotels. So check prices as soon as you land, and save the hike to the rideshare garage if taxis will be as cheap. Another hack is to go to the international terminal where the crowds are typically a lot smaller.

    I would also add the TSA app on my phone phone and that way you can check to see how long the wait will be. That way you won’t miss your flight. The lines can be very long coming and going.

    That is the coolest airport I've ever seen.

    Love the pet inclusion and the fact that people actually win at the airport. The important tram info would've helped me my first time there but found the tricks to it from experience. Planning is key or you miss alot things like the aviation museum & bus options

    Of the Lyft and Uber have to pick you up at the second level when you leave to go to the airport can they drop you off at the departing area for your airlines? Or does it have to be that second level again?

    • @NinthIslandConnection
      @NinthIslandConnection  Před 2 měsíci +1

      @@cydc.4970 Great question! They drop you off right at the departure doors.

    • @NinthIslandConnection
      @NinthIslandConnection  Před měsícem +1

      Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) in Las Vegas - Smoking is permitted in the Barney's Lounge (C gates), the Budweiser Racing Track Lounge in the Esplanade Pre-Security area, enclosed gaming lounges (B, C, D, and E Gates), and designated outdoor areas near ticketing and baggage claim.

    Do you live in Hawaii? If so why would you take your dog to the Mainland and quarantine your baby when returning home. Has incoming animal rabies concerns lightened up?

    False - window seats are not more just because you’re flying into Vegas. Nonsense…

    what about rental car area?

    • @lblum610
      @lblum610 Před 2 měsíci

      Not many vloggers care about the rental car areas. I have been trying to get hotel locations on their tours but not one really show where they are on property

    • @50kevind
      @50kevind Před 2 měsíci

      @carolinehill1589 The rental car center isn’t in any of the 2 terminal buildings. A shuttle bus runs from outside each terminal to the center which is located about 10 minutes away on Gilespie Street. All the major rental companies are in there. Once they have processed your paperwork etc you can take either the escalator or lift down to the garage where all the vehicles are located

      Honestly the fastest thing to do is the taxi to your hotel. They are all lined up and waiting right outside baggage claim.
      If you want to explore off strip but close by, either Uber/lift. Most things to see or do are either walkable or an Uber drive a way….. rental cars are really not needed especially if you are casino hopping, most casinos charge for parking.
      But if you are planning on a longer drive let’s say to Laughlin or making a day of out of the way places there are car rentals inside the lobby of some casinos. We always stay near Paris and know there is a car rental right inside Paris.😊
