The fried chicken served on white bread, its an old southern style way to serve the chicken because the bread absorbs the oil from the chicken. Its not a sandwich, it's more like fish and chips being served in newspaper, just an old tradition that carried on.
Even Robin had a great line here! Booey: "Yknow everybody knows Jackie, they were in a band with him or his father was their scout leader..." Robin: "Haha Oh no he would teach the scouts how to doot in a drawer!! hahah". Golden clip.
This is the best Jackie goofing. Right before Howard developed his impression of Jackie that they always all did after the fact. Here they are doing a real impression of Jackies weird Long Island accent. Too funny.
The amount of material they had with jackie was endless. His own wacked out stories, the jackie voice and the ballbusting about his comedy, his wife, his homes, his cheapness. Artie was too volatile and sensitive to ever allow howard or robin make fun of him the way they did Jackie.
@@Equint77 Artie could be hilarious but he came on as a fan of Howard right away so there was that different orientation. Jackie was legitimately spiteful and mutinous of Howard which added so much volatile back and forth drama. It really was the best era of the show (I love the early Artie too)
Very true, but Artie had his moments. The thing with these years, it was actually Billy West that changed the tone of the show for the better. If you go back and listen to the Howard Stern show prior to Billy West, it just wasn't nearly as good. Howard gets made about people "stealing bits/ideas from him", but he has been donig this forever. He stole the who Jackie/Gary Puppet idea from Uncle Floyd (a NJ based public Access TV show/Radio host) from the 1980s. he had a bunch of characters, including Looney Skip Rooney. Just reminds me of some of the 'bits' that Howard came up with Billy West.
Early on Artie was funny before the drugs took over. He was always quick with sarcastic remark or funny observation. Different than the Jackie years but still good.
Stuttering John was such a lowlife how HE was busting Jackie’s balls. Jackie was a friend to him; YOU KNOW that SJ was in heaven when he was at Oysterfest. Then he trashes him for a little glory on the radio.
For some reason that has perplexed me ever since I heard it. I’m thinking it’s cheaper than using paper plates or napkins. It also would cut down on the littering.
This is the 25th time I listened to this in the last 3 weeks. 😂
Its great expozzzuuuhhrrr
Me too. My big belly
"It's so much fun to walk around, and drink our beeeeeeeeeeers!"
I’ve literally listened to this 100 times at least
Whenever they start playing that carney music I lose it because they're gonna break Jackie's balls.
The Howard Stern Show during the great years. Never missed a show back in those days.
Best Jackie content on CZcams
Definitely in the best top 5 of Jackie bits ever!
Jackie’s jokeland website is like from 1993

When I make French fries I roll them up in newspaper to absorb the oil
So good *Jackie yelp/laugh*
If you have Nashville style chicken the white bread on the bottom is heaven when you’re done with the chicken.
Jackies antics were the best
You are doing gods work by putting this back up thank you lord lol
Howard’s “Jackie” is basically his High-Pitch voice but without the gurgling.
Even Robin had a great line here! Booey: "Yknow everybody knows Jackie, they were in a band with him or his father was their scout leader..." Robin: "Haha Oh no he would teach the scouts how to doot in a drawer!! hahah". Golden clip.
Robin is good for a funny line every 10 years or so.
This is like the 8th time I’m listening to this 😂

This is actually 2001
Gimme 6 hot dwoags!
the bread is like an edible napkin, it's not a sandwich lol
Imagine being so jaded you can't enjoy a town festival.
Town festivals suck. Hella hot, hella overpriced.
Idk it sounds kind of horrible lol.
"Jackie and Nancy built a nice park"
AHAHAHAHA
no disrespect 2 Artie but the Jackie years were the best.

Lol, imagine there was a whole town where JACKIE was considered a big shot. What a place it must have been.
Right 😂😂
I'd wanna live there!!
the head writer on the biggest radio show of all time? Yeah I could see it
it sounded like the happiest place in the world
It was probably awesome and so fun
It looks like Where’s Waldo
Jackie ruined the entire event. Everyone else behaved.
Jackie grew up in arguably the best time, and best place.
"Im the mayor of BAAAAAAYVILLE!!!! (Jackie Voice)"
(Circus sideshow music)
Love it!!! Thx Lou.
What's better than bustin on Jackie.
Stuttering John was such a lowlife how HE was busting Jackie’s balls. Jackie was a friend to him; YOU KNOW that SJ was in heaven when he was at Oysterfest. Then he trashes him for a little glory on the radio.
Back when the show had an edge and Howard wasn't trying to get every celebrity to love him so they will sit down for a boring ass kissing interview.
Jackie the clown.
Mollusks and shellfish seem like poor choices for an outdoor event
Robin didn't do great voices. She kept trying though
The oystahhs
What year is this? seems like Howard and the gang haven’t perfected their Jackie impression yet😂😂
Jackie's the best
I haven't been there in 3 years
2:43 is this a time traveling sound effect? This is beet throwing up no? Hai first appearance was ‘99 no way this is after that
This was the one time where Robin actually was good with her add ins
Yeah. Robin was good in small doses.
Sounds pretty awesome
Anyone know why they would put chicken with bone between bread? To decrease the grease? Lol
For some reason that has perplexed me ever since I heard it. I’m thinking it’s cheaper than using paper plates or napkins. It also would cut down on the littering.
Correct. The bread is better than a napkin for keeping grease off your hands. Less waste too. Seagulls eat the discarded bread.
I'm laughing. Who knows? I'm sure the church ladies were very angry too
instead of a napkin that you throw away you're left with bread covered in fried chicken grease. Good eating
I didn't know they had fried chicken in new york.
Surprise that Howard has to make fun of people, who can enjoy something and have a good time.
It's fun to make fun of drunken slobs
First time listener?…
Lol that’s all he did with Jackie
He had to fill up 4 hours my man.
What does Howard do for fun lmao play chess and go eat the same dinner with boring Beth every night
Makes love to his boyfriend, Ralph.
@@Tony_Cardozaschiprize!
I'm with Jackie. I have a hard time accepting that the festival draws 200 thousand people over the weekend.
