I am LOVING your current aesthetic with the fresh bob, bright lip, and bold, funky earrings! It's giving me this really fresh vibe of 1940s meets 1980s meets 2020s and I'm SO here for it! You're really giving me pause, making me think I might wanna do a big chop again.
I wish those bold lip with gloss lipsticks were still available. They feel right up my alley. I am currently loving brightly tinted balmy lipsticks. I don't need more though. Ugh! haha. I just bought myself this beautiful cherry red shade from Persona in their ebalm formula and was giving one of the Becca hydra-tints in this beautiful bright pink. They're both divine. It's really sad that Becca was shut down. They really had some amazing products over the years. I wish they'd just stuck with their original beachy girl aesthetic. Those hydra-tints are divine. Smashbox could benefit from bringing those back I'm sure. I also recently repurchased Goji Berry from Clinique in their Pop Surge formula because I actually used my first one up in less than a year!
Looking forward to the next Apocalips! I can't wait to see what's in the next batch.

I really appreciate that you go into as much detail on the colours and formulas you're decluttering and don't love as you do with the ones that have your heart forever. I love a bold, matte, bright red lip, but I'm also a big fan of a low maintenance hint of a tint, so it's really useful to hear plenty about those, too.

It took me ages for me to realise who you reminded me of and then you started this series and with so many selfies it finally occurred to me, actually in this video, it’s Gal Gadot. I don’t know if you get that a lot but you look hella like her.

Listen Kat, I love reds at least as much as you do. I feel your pain XD but thank you for going so deep and being so thorough! This is by far the best guide to lipsticks I've ever seen and I don't think anyone has done it so well. If I ever need another red in any sort of formula from any sort of brand I will make sure to check with your project before making a purchase lol
I love these videos. I think its funny, we have the exact opposite taste in lip products. Everything you would keep i would get rid of and vice versa lol

I love the 3CE line, it's def one of my all time favs. I highly suggest trying the brand Mamonde (korean) and their creamy lip color balm intense. May go-to is No 11 Velvet red but truly they're all gorgeous.

I just went thru alot of my lips sticks. Some had gone bad . Some I just would never wear but they were still good but on the old side. I also went through my skin care and I noticed I have like 10 products that have just a little in them so I am using up on my face or body. I was getting boxycharm ect.. but I have stopped them all because I would never use all of it. I have decided I will take the 30.00 a month and buy something I want like Wayne Goss brushes.

The matte ones? I probably wouldn't recommend them unless you don't mind the feel of a really dry lipstick.

@@KitschSnitch yes I did sorry! Amazing I think I'll pick a few more!! After some through research I've picked up some romand tints - juicy lasting tints and glasting tints and also etude house tints. These by far have the best reviews and colours are amazing 👏 will report back once recieved.
You may have said it before, but where do you purchase your lip stains from? My mum is on the hunt for lip and cheek stains but can’t find any in-stores.
I bought the Tony Moly ones from Myer but I don't believe they stock them anymore. Others I bought while traveling or ordered from YesStyle :)

Hi! You can spray them with isopropyl alcohol and wipe off the top layer with a tissue :)
