In today's world of cell phones, video games, and electronic gadgets, it seems like kids spend less and less time outdoors. Contrast this with my childhood, in which I spent almost every waking moment of my summer vacation playing outside. When the weather permits, I would like to spend as much time outdoors as possible with my daughter, so she gets in the habit of exploring the great outdoors!
