I feel like using fair use guidelines, my Reels should be transformative enough to be monetized. Taking a 1:30 gymnastics routine and editing it down to under 30 seconds in an intriguing, interesting, and aesthetically-pleasing way with transitions, etc is work... It's not just reposting content. By any means. But sadly it looks like FB disagrees. And didn't even give me a chance to explain any of this when I requested a review. So irritating.
It's so frustrating, I feel like no one is watching the store , FACEBOOK ruleson copyrighting and other stupid standards works directly against them , sadly in their effort to beat youtube and Tik Tok at their own game, is failing like Meta, that's why TIK TOK is winning. However I do believe it will improve , You should try to re upload it, its most likely a bot that spotted and may not spot it again, change it up maybe make it longer, But I am on it and I will also be teaching people how to game the system and work around Facebooks ridiculous rules. Until they change them else they won't grow like youtube.

Not all monetization tools are available to everyone! Start with the ones you have access to first, and then try to meet the eligibility requirements for the others as you go. The ones that are more hands off are going to be the most efficient for a busy entrepreneur!

Why nobody is mentioning what Ive read in fb requirements that my professional mode should be running 60 days before I can start using monetization.. did I understood it wrong? I mean reel stars are now available in my prof.mode account but once I start setting up, it just keeps on processing never moving onward. So Im thinking maybe I do need to wait for 60days after I turned on prof.mode before It could actually proceed? I also sent my concern to fb but did not receive any response.

Yes! Personal profiles in professional mode and business pages can both qualify for the bonus program if they meet all criteria!
