Great car the HQ 👍😝 im turning 59 this October 2024 🎂 My very first car ever when i was 17 was HQ Holden blood red V8 lowered & cruising around on weekends with my mates & our girlfriends were some of the best times growing up 👍 Wish i still had that car ! Was 1 of the quicker cars running around Umina on Central Coast of NSW back then ! Your car makes me want to go hunt that old car down & pimp it up similar to what you are doing ! Would certainly turn back the aging process im currently feeling 😂 Cheers matey 👍🕺

Bloke that brought it got hit in quater panel so he scraped it and last I heard she'll sitting in a paddock at Junee.. Just to have it now and looking like this would be a dream and the value I guess would be great
Beautiful mate, I have a 73 4 door myself, got her when was 17, 33 years ago now. she looks a lot like yours but have Scheel front seats and a single light nose cone. Any tips on sourcing a mew crash-pad? Your door trims are sweet too. The HQ is such great looking Aussie Muscle Car. Life is better when you own one!! Enjoy.
Amazing job. My second car in the 70’s was a secondhand HQ GTS great car. Just a thought is there any need to actually have a spare wheel? Personally I think having exposed spares detract rather than add. Just a thought as I said. You’re going to finish up with a cracking car…..your attention to detail is fantastic! 👍

Thanks mate, the crash pad is actually an old one that’s been retrimmed. Yeah the HQ lines can’t be beaten for their looks.👍
