Hi everyone! Thanks for all the comments. I'm trying my best to get through them and answer any questions, please bear with me!
This video series really helps a new combat pilot understand both the on information on screen (which can be confusing/overwhelming) and how to utilize it to their advantage. Thanks for taking the time to break down the basics of combat and the different controller types. Also would like to add the pacing of the information is spot on and is easy to follow. Well done!
I love the simplicity of your tutorials. I find them much easier to understand than most tutorials I’ve seen. Super helpful for my struggling combat performance! 🍻
Watched your other video on settings, and this one, because I've been working on getting better at dogfighting. They've both been super helpful!
Man, I like the style of this video. Straight to the point, chill low fi music, and no puffing yourself up.
Well produced, well presented, extremely informative. I learned a few new things from this video. Well done, and much appreciated.
This is actually my first video on your channel now that I''m trying to get better at pvp and WOW the terminology cards are so helpful! One of the reasons I struggled to watch AvengerOne for awhile is because he'd use terms I had never heard and it just made things 100x more confusing. This is a super helpful and incredibly compact video. Good work!
Awesome video, dude. Especially the ESP explanation. Very concise and still super informative! Can't wait for the BFM video.
Nice explaining of this, had seen other videos and were confused how on earth they were aiming with the pip seeming to trail behind where they were aiming - now I get it
WOW, instant like and subscribe! I have been playing this game for 2 weeks now and the amount of questions I have and the unavailability of answers is just mind buggingly insane. I kid you not, I watched hours of videos trying to find out some of these explanations you masterfully laid out in just a few minutes! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! 🙏
Welcome aboard! If you have any questions feel free to hop into my Discord. I'm working on a basic flight maneuvers video next, which you will probably find helpful. Make sure you're subbed!
Really good breakdown of the topic with simple and easy to understand explanation. Helped a lot to understand what things mean and what to fiddle with when learning space combat.
Thank you so much for these videos. The detailed explanations on how and why have been what I have been needing since starting in SC!
I really appreciate your ability to describe and explain all the concepts. Specifically the lead/lag pips, it’s always been confusing with people on both sides recommending one over the other, rather than using both in their specific scenarios.
Thanks for watching! More videos with explanations coming :D
I love the simplicity of your work. Appreciate it. Keep it going. You’re doing a great job
Just started a couple weeks ago. Love videos like this. I need all the instruction I can get. Keep these vids coming!
Have been keeping my eye on your for a while but this vid is the one that made me hit sub. The amount of effort that went into putting this together is obviously quite high, and your delivery is paced just right. A+⭐️ will watch again.
Hugely helpful! I've been playing for 3 months and I'm just getting into combat. Thanks so much!
Thanks for this! I'm never going to be a dedicated combat pilot but I'd like to get the basics down. So far your videos are a bit easier to follow than some others I've seen!
Im always on the hunt for good tips to help dial settings. Big help, thank you. Looking forward to more!
Great video. Even though you only briefly talked about merging, You cleared up my misconception and made the concept click in my brain. Thank You.
Entering for that rambler. But your videos are so high-quality and to the point you got my sub from that alone. Thanks for this info!
Glad you’re making these videos! Always loved watching you on twitch, now we get you here! Hurray.
Great video! Will def test out some ESP settings and be more dynamic with my PIP usage. Keep up the good work mate :D
Great pacing and attention to basics that make more advanced concepts a breeze to understand. Well done.
This is the first time I learned how to adjust ESP. It was very helpful. Thanks.
Great quality video! Being an absolute combat noob - let alone pvp - I've never put much thought in my humble t16000 joystick settings as I felt pretty overwhelmed by the plethora of settings to go through. But your clear cut guide gave me the confidence to finally get round tweaking my settings. And hopefully achieve something more then crashing with style in my next dogfight. ^^
Thanks Noodle!!! Youve inspired me to work on my PIP settings...something I've been avoiding since 2016! You've explained it so well, I have no choice but to set it all up now!
Definitely jump into it and experiment! Have fun with it.
Thanks Noodle, your videos have really helped improve my ingame combat, my go to channel right now for SC learning
I have watched so many videos teaching about ESP, but only here I finally understand how to set it up!! Thank you a lot for that!!
Glad it helped!
I saw this video being polished on your stream. Great points for a beginner like myself
Thanks MN! I can't believe I didn't already have you on my subscribed list. I've seen many of your videos and interviews with other streamers. Anyway, great video and I'm going into AC right now to practice/set up. Cheers!
Love these tutorial and explanation videos, the format is great and informative. Keep the long format coming!
Really glad I stumbled across your channel. All good stuff!
Seriously appreciate the time you took making this. Helpful info brother. gonna play with the pip settings for my 325a
Looking forward to the rest of these guides!
These videos are actually super helpful as a player just now getting into dogfighting. Thank you!
Very helpful! I'm really looking forward to the next video!
Thanks for the tips, Noodle. Very easy to understand.
Short and concise tutorial, really enjoyed it. I've been playing SC for years, but haven't really been interested in PVP until recently. Thanks for putting in the effort to make these o7
Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience, looking forward to trying out some of these techniques. Looking forward to more.
Best explanation of these concepts, including how, why and when to use them, that I seen on line.
I am glad to see someone explaining the difference and use for lead and lag pip I really had no idea how to use it
Thank you so much for the ESP and PIP tutorial! Happy New Year!
Very useful, for me especially the ESP tuning part! Thank you!
Great work! Love how you describe the principles with plain and easy to understand language. Very well done. A new subscriber here! :)
Hi. Another amazing video. I like the quality and clear instructions. The part about merging (PIP) looks awesome - can't wait for BFM even more!
BFM is next! Working on the script now :D Thanks for watching!
Ah thank you so much, i've been looking through beginner bounty videos for days and this is the first one that has us excited/brave enough to get in there. It finally makes sense, liked and subscribed 🙌
The only way to get better at it is to just jump in. Die more to die less! Next video is about Basic Flight Maneuvers. Hopefully that one will help too!
Thanks for the detail. I knew what a PIP was, but not the intricacies of how to use it effectively.
Thank you. Learning the different application for the pips is beneficial. I didn't realise there was a button option to enable swapping. Do now and making the change.
Superb detailed, yet simple, breakdown - thanks!
Another great video Noodle! It was quite informative and well spoken. I am looking forward to your next great video!
Nice Video, a lot of context in a short time frame. Thanks!
Cool video!! Gonna try messing with these options. I changed some of mine based on your last video and worked great!
Thanks for explaining this stuff and the term pop ups! Great job🎉
nice guide mate! really improve my experience in SC. thanks!
So nice to listen to you. Going to binge some of your vids now
Great info, nicely done… looking forward to future content.
Excellent video. Very informative and clear. I shall be adjusting my ESP settings today! Thank you!
Thanks! Your videos have really been helping me to learn how to fly. Looking forward to the basic flight manuevers video.
Impressive tutorial, really well done! I’m looking forward to more and will recommend you to my friends! 👍🏼
This was super clarifying thanks lot and instant sub!
merging using the pip was new to me thanks for the info!
I’m brand new to Star Citizen and found your video very informative. I’ll be moving into combat gameplay very soon and hope your video helps me out.
Your video quality and attention to help the new players got me to hit the like and subscribe buttons. Looking forward to future videos and I’ll be going back through your channel uploads to see what I miss. Thanks so much!
Very nice work and useful!
Thank you very much for your guides!
Very informative, I’ve just started using hotas and will look into this when I get home
Great video! your production quality is insane! plus you're a great teacher
Now I finally understand how the Lag PiP works! Awesome info, thank you!
Some of the best explanations for flight mechanics I’ve seen.
Thank you for making this video , and for talking about things in a way that doesn't make it seem like you are talking down to the viewers
Been flying exclusively with lag pip, now i will be switching it up. Great guide! Thank you
Thanks for the informative video regarding the lead and lag pips!
Well put together, thank you for making this guide.
Awesome Video! I will have to test this out in my setup, thx!
Great video. Just grabbed a pair of VKBs so going to use your tips while learning how to use the sticks.
Great work on the Noodle diagrams!
I appreciate this beginners guide to dogfighting. So much so I just subscribed to the channel, I look forward to future videos you release, and thanks for the guide, I'm a beginning noob at dogfighting, but definitely want to get more invested!
First time watching your vids, good explanation and enjoyable to watch! subscribed for more! 🥳👌🏼
watched and enjoyed your video, cant wait to try out the tips. thanks
terminology cards are such an amazing idea - love how you put in the extra effort for that
Heya, Moist! Great editing and quality content. Looking forward to seeing more.
Great job mate. I like your using videos with lines where can imagine better whats going on. Thx
Very helpful! Just starting out so thank you so much for this.
Enjoyed this video. Trying out the tweaks to my ESP settings.
Keen for your future videos, esp the BFM ones
Thanks!
Noodle, these videos are well done dude, keep it up. I also use the method of momentary ESP, by binding ESP toggle to my second-stage trigger, where it is always off, unless firing. Also lead/ lap pip switching is very useful, as you have demonstrated here. Lead Pip at intercept/ long ranges is a good visual aid for getting the correct geometry to get to the merge, & switching to Lag Pip when pushing in at knife-fight ranges.
I’ve definitely heard about tuning esp before but I’ve never had it broken down quite as well as you have. Thanks for the great info, gonna go out it to use and re-tune my esp! o7
Please more of that i've learned a lot with this video - totally need to try this out in AC
This definitely helps, thanks! I’ve been having issues with the same ship being just outside my turning radius and this may just fix that.
I've always used LAG pip but after this video, you've given me a new appreciation for the LEAD pip and benefits!!! Keep these great videos coming Moist Noodle...!
Very helpful - looking fwd to your videos!
Very cool. Always happy for more advice.
Thanks for the great video, very on point and clear and in a easily digestible length too.
Simple and clear instructions, just the way I like it - thanks!
Amazing video quality! Keep up the good work.
Very informative video, as someone who doesn't do alot of pvp this was very eye opening thank you for the good video Moist Noodle.
Wonderful descriptive commentary, i've just switched over from Dual Joysticks to M+KB because of an motorcycle injury, it taken me a about a week to start feeling comfortable with the switch, and having to create an ever changing MKB Profile, but the accuracy and intuition i seem to have now in Pirate Swarm is an improvement over Joysticks for sure. Your ESP breakdown gave me a much needed grounding, and yes, there's a lot of tweaking there. I'm using 'Lead pip' more often than not, along with Gimbals, which im trying not to get to comfortable with. I'll checkout your other vids as i'm tweaking daily. Kudos
Sorry to hear about your injury. I hope you have a swift recovery! Hopefully the video can help ease your transition over to M&KB. Thanks for watching, more on the way!
@@Moist_Noodle Oh its an old injury, just constant Joystick use seems to cause a flare up. Vids are just what i needed. Kudos
Thank you for your videos. This one is great as i recently switched from keyboard and mouse to dual sticks.
Very informative video. I am looking forward to try some of the things mentioned in game
Nice and simple breakdown! Thank you!
Interesting pieces of information. I'll definitely see how I can incorporate this into my own gameplay.
Great info the ESP section was helpful!
