    Hey Sanjna.. love your video. If you buy your first house, should we give that on rent or live in it?

      Thanks Charline! This is totally upto you. Buying your first can cost a lot and then putting it out on rent might not allow you to recoup all the repayments also given high interest rates atm. If you buy it might be worthwhile buying something smaller or even in places where the vacancy rates are super low! Just remember that if you live in your own house it isn’t an income generating asset anymore and will become a liability, as opposed to having it as an investment :) You’ve just gotta do the pros and cons for yourself to see what’s worth it for you :) good luck!

    how do i extract equity from my parents?

    • @successbysanjna
      @successbysanjna  Před rokem

      There are 2 ways it can happen. 1. If your parents are still working and their servicing allows for it, you can tell them to top up the loan and pull the equity out, to gift it to you. Or you are able to buy their share out so you have the equity under your name. Alternatively, you could get a guarantors loan, but speak to your broker about this one :)
