Total expenditure = revenue expenditure + capital expenditure
Revenue deficit = revenue expenditure - revenue receipt
Fiscal deficit = tr - rr - capital receipt excluding borrowing
Primary deficit= fiscal deficit - interest payment
Budgetary deficit= total expenditure - total receipt
Fiscal deficit= budgetary deficit+borrowing or other liabilities
