Ones step at a time bud. I know it's it's cliché to say it but if you keep doing it then you end up with a bit of distance and that might give clarity that seems impossible right now. Also writing out your issues in a letter to yourself putting it in an envelope and leaving it on top of a press will let you physically detach from all your problems and just go for a stroll, every time they start to creep back in remind yourself that they are at home on top of the press and you are in charge of when and how you deal with them. Sounds like mumbo jumbo but can be an effective tool for people who are lost in their problems. I'm speaking from experience btw!!! It gets better bud!!!
