after wrapping the bread on the stuffing, dust a little rice flour on the bread or take a little rice flour and very little sooji in a plate and roll the stuffed bread in this dry powder before frying. the rolls with come out even more crunchy.
Use the side bread as crums take maida with water put in bread crums then fry it will absorb less oil also n it will b crispy also
Keep fried food on napkins before keep it on aluminum foil so that excess oil aborbs in that ..
Hi, it's just a suggestion that keep fried items on aluminum foil, instead use kitchen towels to absorb excess oil n ur items will b more crisp for longer period

Coat these rolls with egg/maida slurry and then bread crums. This way oil will not penetrate in the rolls and the rolls will be more crispy.
