if you feel like you're gaining weight then don't feel obligated to eat a whole cookie each week on top of sampling for the video. After all, eating one whole cookie isn't anything amazing and never-done. No point in gaining weight from it, right? Just continue your good reviews and use the experience as a cheat day (or partial cheat day).
