How this ladder ensure that thief will not use it.

Hi Sabir, the Saffold escape ladder is secured with a lockpin at the height of the escape window. So a person on floor level cannot access the ladder. The pin is designed so that even with an extension pole etc the lockpin cannot be removed from below or above.
