Eurovision Legends takes a deep dive into the stories and songs of some of the Eurovision Song Contest's most iconic performers.

Nah, juries pushed her so that she could win. Televote liked her but did not see winning worthy.

@@polanialmoni6274Danny is a Swedish singer who became the runner-up in 2011 and went in to the 2012 national selection as the clear favourite with a very competitive entry. He was very eager to win but he had at first passed on Euphoria which made it go to Loreen, and when the contest producer heard what she'd done with it he understood that she'd win and sent a preemptive "I'm sorry" text to Danny who became the runner-up for the second year in a row.

What I like is that both songs contradict and complement each other. " Euphoria" is a song that's light and positive but staging makes it dark. " Tattoo " is the opposite, a dramatic song themewise but so much lighting stagewise. Put together the songs really are yin and yang

I remember watching Melodifestivalen last year and we had to wait for four weeks to see Loreen, she was the last act in the last semi finale, there was so much hype. Me and my friends sat for 3 min mesmerized and the first thing I said was "She's gonna win the whole thing again." Euphoria marked the beginning of a new era for ESC and I think Tattoo is gonna mark the end of that same era.
And yes queen, we do love the drama!

euphoria is her light with joy happiness, energy feelings , efforts...v.v. while literally tattoo is her darkness with more deep, a little bit sad, more emotions, obsession "u stuck on me like a tattoo", and of course love ❤
appeaarance/stage wise its more like the opposite. you see the dark, mysterious tones in euphoria, but in tattoo you see more light and openness as she says in the video.

@@blee1997 literally u can see the stage of euphoria is darker but u can feel the lyrics is really brought efforts "from now only u and i we going up" ....v..and her act while singing is like she is the star and shinning every time she hit the notes while the stage of tattoo is like a storm its glowing around and when she sing her emotions seem a little bit painful, lust but also strong..v.v, however its all for love as her lyrics, so i can say both song also got both side of yingandyang or maybe each song have a stronger side but not 100% what ever she said at least just only me i can feel that
I love how the staging is the opposite to each song. Euphoria is a song about light and joy but the staging is dark. Whereas Tatto is a song about darkness but the staging is light. That is quite unique.

I didn’t watch ESC when Euphoria won, but I follow the journey of Tattoo and this song helped me in so many ways that I can say Loreen, YOU SAVED MY LIFE. Every single time I needed some kinda Mayra, some kind of purpose to my life I sang “ ALL I CARE ABOUT IS LOVE” and everything felt right!!! Thank you MOTHER ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Loreen is the legend but the writers (Thomas and Peter) are real masterminds, too.
But Loreen made "Euphoria" to what it is. The song as originally written is just a generic EDM track of the era.
She is a living legend and an icon. Not even about the contest, but her songs helped people and me personally feel alive again. Brought emotions, reaction which we lack these days. Everything is either silly or very serious.
