Depending which country you are in for prices. I know of two dealers in the UK and there are good independents in the US plus a BCS presence. In France there are no stockists but special orders are possible and I was amazed when my local small machine dealer had in a 740 plus three bits of kit for a market gardener. Over 12000euro it may be cheaper to buy direct from Italy as I did as it is within the EU.
