It is the perfect explanation because the guy here is NOT for views but he works with athletes and he is professional and not just a random guy making a video for views. I am a senior swim newbie. Using snorkel enabled me to work on form and muscle memory without worrying about breathing. This tutorial will help me to fine tune to be efficient. Hopefully breathing would come naturally as a result.

Great video, it really is a new approach for me as not to "pull myself forward" but to kind of swing from one side to the other. I've been working on "cutting the water" this week and it really helps, thank you!! My only problem are my legs, they just don't seem to push me forward, I must be doing something wrong, anybody has drills or video suggestions for me please?!
