    I did this on my gen 3, three years ago, a week later stripped it down to check, clutch plates were bone dry, so i take it it doesn't work, or maybe i never put enough holes in the basket?

    What does it do? I have the z900 rs and i'm thinking we have the same issue. DO you find yourself feeling like some bit of shakiness in the gear box? Did this help?

      My clutch lever was going tight on Cold engine and gaining 5mm of freeplay on warm. Also was grabby and pulsating when cold. On the end removing anti judder spring and drilling holes in steel plates and inner hub solved everything nicely

      No mate. Oil is being fed to the clutch from the inside and oil goes to the outside while spinning. The idea of holes is to spread oil more evenly and out of the basket

    • @seanviper99
      @seanviper99 Před 4 lety +1

      @@AJ-nf6gf yes exactly so drill the side that the oil is coming feom which is the inside

      Robstar thanks mate. One more thing did you have to use some sort of glue to seal the clutch cover back on. Cheers
