about the dude hiking in the forest, he broke rule number 1 from the start: you do NOT, and I mean absolutely NOT, sing or whistle at night in the forest. Simple as that. You never know what will join in. I would be scared out of my mind and I would not be able to make a sound either. That one made me turn on the light while watching this. One year, we were all sat around a campfire, it was late, and we were watching the stars move in strange ways. Several of the adults said aliens, my dad still believes it, and it freaked us kids out but looking back with what I know now, it was probably the meteor shower that happens every august. Still, in the moment, we were all on edge because the movements were so bizarre, and then there was a loud BOOM and crash from where the tents were. An oak tree had exploded and collapsed partially on top of a tent, landing about 4 feet from killing one of the kids who had turned in early. Everyone was freaked the fuck out and panicking and when I got up in the morning, the ranger was already there explaining to us how sometimes the sap in oaks can get under such high pressure that they burst. Weird natural phenomenon and we just happened to be witness to it. You can imagine just how freaked out we all were though lol
Rules of life to live by. If I'm going out in pitch darkness, in the brush, where literally anything from a wild animal like a bear, wolf, coyote or mountain lion can jump you. Not only that but there could be anyone squat camping as homeless or just random people camping in the thicket that could randomly attack you in the night. Bring a weapon, primarily a gun with enough stopping power to halt a bear. And if you can't own a fire arm, bring the biggest and sharpest blade you have. Never, and I mean NEVER go out in the woods alone without some form of self protection.

I can only say the best deterrent to a haunting is being ignorant to it. I was ignorant to being in a “haunted” location, felt fine, didn’t panic. Suddenly had to explain why I was talking to myself, when I had thought I was talking to a friend near me. My reaction? “Huh. Well, it’s late, I took my ADHD meds in the morning, probably not good to be out late when I need to focus.” My friends reaction: WHY ARENT YOU MORE CONCERNED ABOUT WHO YOU WERE TALKING TO Me: you’re here now :D Friend: THIS PLACE IS HAUNTED Me: :| …. Huh… you didn’t lead with that
I think I can debunk the Carmel Maine one. It looks like something like a hoodie, shirt, pants, blanket etc. was pinned up in the window, and that it was yanked down and went under the bed. The object doesn’t look like a human or animal or anything, but it’s hard to tell with the potato quality as well as watching this on my phone. I know he’s come out with videos that make this seem way more tame and not faked, IE the basement flooding with the electricity running, but this one just seemed like what I mentioned up above. Also when the video was slowed down if you look in the bottom left corner by the Air conditioner, you can see something that looks like a pant leg blowing.
14:17 - I know that I am the kind of person who doesn’t scream ever. I was taught all my life to be quiet, I’m now to a point where, no matter what, I literally cannot yell/scream. Even if my life is in danger, I cannot scream. It sucks. 🫤🤷♀️🤪
oh and the milk you drink...glad you like it....but i didn't even knew that brand so i looked it up...but we don't drink that milk like that i saw this brand is used alot to make cappuccinos😅 it's not fresh cow milk that we use at home😅 but glad you like it haha next time just try fresh milk from the fridge...the packages are white...or clear you can see the milk.
At about 12:00 do you suppose when the lights went out in that small pocket someone else could have gotten in there with him in the dark? Or when he pans away from the pocket after he leaves someone else got in there and peekaboos around the edge at him?

About the dude you said should be screaming or making noise, everyone reacts differently. When I'm in a high stress, terrified state, I don't make a sound. I'm too scared and simply can't scream or cry. Everyone reacts differently to fear. Not saying he isn't fake, I'm just saying you shouldn't believe he's faking simply because he didn't make a sound while afraid.

If I had, say, a wild racoon in my house dive under my bed, I'm not sure I'd want to shove my face and camera down there right after it dove, either. Bad position to be in if it feels cornered and attacked, for example. So....I'm 50/50 on the fence on that one.
