Welcome to Ka Rodel's Special Recipes. Today, I'm sharing with you the original and traditional recipe of Beef Pochero, and its partner, an eggplant side dish.
[Editor's note: The eggplant tasted better than I expected. ^^ ]
Ingredients:
►Beef Pochero
• Beef forequarter (or any other beef meat you like)
•Garlic
•Onion
•Black pepper
•Tomato paste
•1 cup tomato sauce
•Saba bananas
•Potatoes
•Cabbage
•Baguio beans
► Eggplant Sauce
• Eggplant
• Garlic
• Salt
• Worcestershire Sauce
