Heyyy. Cape Cod let’s go. The guest house looks great. Can imagine the main house. 4 stories? No elevator? Nice kitchen in and out and loving the backyard and views. Indoor pool as well. Nice. Guest bedrooms are big with great closets, views , office areas and en-suites. Wraparound balcony on that primary suite. Lovely home. Get it Cape Cod. Thanks Jason.
There is an elevator per the main listing but it doesn't say if it's in the main house or guest house. Elevators are key in this area as more people are retiring here. Stunning property for the right person. I'd be fine living in the garden shed.😊

This place is actually worth the price. I would live in the main house and rent out the guest house as an Airbnb. Perfect setting for weddings, vacations, or retreats.
With that much acreage, I would add a riding stable, tennis courts, a basketball court, and a putting green.
There is a tennis court, just not shown in either video. The lodging taxes on Cape Cod can be as high as 17% so many homes weren't occupied this year. Wedding venue, private parties, & "retreats" are an excellent idea!
You have money for 13 million why rent it out to scrubs like us?
