21 Michelin Stars! How's Alain Ducasse's Michelin Star Restaurant in Bangkok?

Alain Ducasse is a renowned French chef in the fine dining industry, with over 21 Michelin stars under his belt globally. His restaurants become prime destinations for gastronomy lovers worldwide.
In this video, I went to Alain's restaurant in Bangkok named Blue by Alain Ducasse. Situated inside Icomsian by the Chao Phraya River. I had an amazing meal while enjoying the stunning view.
The restaurant is run by executive chef Wilfrid Hocquet, who has trained in many prestigious kitchens around the world, including the legendary Le Louis XV - Alain Ducasse à l'Hôtel de Paris in Monte Carlo, Monaco.
Blue by Alain Ducasse is ranked as No.15 of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants of 2022.
