- The Sharan is quite a nice car. Having both the space needed for family trips or hauling items as well as the power needed to have a smooth highway drive or just driving around in the city, the Sharan is a suitable competitor to the favourites in the MPV market for Malaysia, the Toyota Estima and Toyota Alphard.

I actually added the history part to cover the length of the whole rear interior part starting from the doors till the RHS side wheel. If I hadn't had added the history part, the video wouldn't have any audio for the last 30 seconds or so.. =)

Good full review alex! You covered every angle of the car. Nice information on the history of this model Sharan. However I do feel that the history part shouldn't have been told during features reviews,a bit of confusion there. Apart from this, a very good review! Good job!!

A suggestion, i would try not to talk about the Sharan's history/shared platform models during a tour. This was clearly a problem when you were touring the rear seats, and showed features but had an unrelated voice-over. I understand it was to talk about the rear doors and occupant space, but i dont think it was necessary to have a long dialogue during a tour process.
You should stick to the first section tour as your dialogue or add to an introduction. An alexlovesmac fan!
I dont think he can do the beetle 1.2 nor the 2.0 as it is currently out of stock and stocks are coming limited and only open to customers who are waiting. Ive been waiting 6 months for it to be delivered, and i would be glad to lend it for alex to film if he is ever in KL area this mnth. As for the test cars, they are limited too and test drives are so packed, that taking it out for a few mins to record is a big no no to VG. I believe it is same with the new Ford Focus

Question... where is the bluetooth module stored on this model? Bought identical Sharan to the one in the bideo but the bluetooth is not working. I want to locate the bluetooth module to physically unplug/replace. Thanks in advance!

Rocio Owned the Volkswagen Sharan 2011 for 3-4 years and we’ve done 70’000 miles on it. Urban MPG: 42-48MPG. Rural MPG: Around 44-49
Motorway: 56+MPG.
