Okay well why doesn't it disconnect from the charger I'm here at a charging station and it doesn't want to disconnect from the charger I already did all the steps and it doesn't want to disconnect

It should be easy at home. If you're in the US, you need to do a little bit of research before you charge in public. Some chargers need an app, some are slower high speed chargers.
