J D im black & I fully understand, the problem is outside of the top HBCU football teams like NCAT they , 1. Have a very limited exposure, you rather play on ESPN3 or ABC, Fox & NBC? 2. Alot do not provide for the athletes as much as schools like Alabama , Ohio St , FSU 3. You severely limit your chances at a pro career b/c white scouts do NOT want to travel to all black school where the competition is piss poor 4. How many HBCUs are household names in America? Maybe 2-3 5. Again in recent years the only HBCU players that have went and PLAYED in the nfl came from NCAT & 1 from howard .... thats very low and not encouraging to any top HS recruit who wants to play in the NFL or pro in general

J D actually exposure is impossible, FCS and lower division teams are permitted from negotiating television contracts due to the fact that BIG 12 , PAC-12 , ACC , B1G , SEC virtually own the rights to ESPN 1 , ABC , Fox , NBC , etc. , unless HBCUs can afford to move to division 1 FBS (which alone cost roughly atleast $85 million) , they will NEVER get exposure, especially the fact almost all play only in the MEAC and never even contend for a FCS championship, no conference will ever consider HBCUs in their conference until they can actually place a good program on the field , HBCUs kind of messed themselves long ago on this issue & it is now backfiring heavily
