I have been a victim of a toxic relationship, not the physical kind but the emotionally and mentally toxic kind.

I feel at the end of the day we need to "LEARN TO LOVE OURSELVES FIRST"
When you love yourself enough you will see through the lines and advice yourself that you deserve better. Most times we stay in toxic relationships because we feel we aren't deserving of more.
Some people choose to stay however for a fear of financial instability, if that's the case then its their cross to bear.
All I'll say is 'Love yourself enough to know when to walk away" if you had a child or a sister or even a friend, would you let her stay in your relationship and take all the things you take, why then are you?!
