When I install the 32 bit file at start it doesn't work (i386). (wont open session), When I install the 64 bit installer (amd64) it neither works. What do I do and please help because I have been trying for the past three days trying to get kali linux to work. Please respond in the comments when you have time.

I'm having issues with getting a wifi connection on kali linux. My external wifi adapter is connected but i'm still only seeing wired connection as an option. Any idea on how to fix this?

have to install the guest additions to the OS.
I am having the problem where once i installed it and then power off, i click start again to boot back up and then it brings that window where it shows to install: graphic install, etc where i have to do this whole thing over again. please help. thx
yeah thats weird, you running on vmware or VB?
@@InfoSecPat I am running VB. But once I downloaded Kali Linux ova (extensions?) It works just fine, but when I run a terminal it says kali:kali and I want to change it to where it either says root:kali or (name):kali or something else. I just cant find any videos for those.
After installing kali in virtual box when i start it after sometime its come again on starting and i need to install kali every time after i open kali
i think you did something wrong. Did you install the VM or from iso?

How do you make your screen bigger when you use Virtual Machine
You have to install the VM tools.

Mine went on a black screen
try another ISO image. I am not sure what is happening.
That not showing 64 bit that showing 32 bit not working
make sure you download 64bit if that is what your computer runs.
But there is no choice for 64 bit
