- I recently made a breakdown video of my fight with Fernando Groenhart and a subscriber requested I do the same for Regian Eersal....So here it is.
This was definitely the hardest kickboxing fight I had in my K1 career before I transitioned to MMA.
There were many challenging things to tackle in this fight, the main one being his height. He was as tall as Israel Adesanya(6ft 4inches) yet somehow he was in my weight class. He was not skinny like some people believed. He has lean muscle and he was a very heavy hitter.

Wow I didn't knew he fought high level kickboxers like that. He did well very well considering Regian is solid world champ, and a class bigger too.

Probably won't see this but I think you're gonna be champ one day. Watching that fight between you and Fiziev I thought to myself: 'this is the title fight right here' like the two of you both beat Oliveira and Poirier, just my opinion.

How do I ease him into learning martial arts online, he is 4-5 years old

I always loved MMA until I started training it for real, now I hate that people just grab you and put you on the ground when you could kill them in kickboxing.
How do you react when opponent also uses heaps of fakes?
Was just about to ask Brad this Q good one
sometimes you just have to disregard the fake and go. It will also work against them . Eg izzy and Gastelum. Kelvin just went for it a lot and had success for a round or 2 then izzy figured him out.

most likely the same strategy but i would use second phases( attack twice in a row).
Why is kickboxing always 'you go then i go' rather than both fighters exchanging at the same time?
think that is an old tradition. I just try to get ahead as much as i can early on.
