  • Co-pilot Mark Duffy, pictured, was the last voice recorded as the doomed Sikorsky S92-A helicopter lost control as it came into land beside a lighthouse nine miles off the coast of Ireland in the early hours of March 14. Transcripts from the aircraft's voice data recorder showed a rear crew member asked captain Dara Fitzpatrick to turn right 'with increasing urgency' moments before impact. Wreckage from the helicopter's tail rotor was found on top of the light house while the main fuselage was found in the sea. The bodies of crewmen Ciaran Smith and Paul Ormsby have yet to be recovered from the sea.
